How to factory-reset a device

Learn how you can factory-reset.

1. Open the SYLVANIA Smart Wifi app. Tap the device you want to remove.

2. Tap 🖊.

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Remove Device.

4. Tap Disconnect and wipe data.

5. Tap Confirm to remove the device and wipe data. To set up your device again, see How to add a device 🔗.
